Journal Title: Вісник Житомирського державного університету імені Івана Франка - Year 2018, Vol 92, Issue 1
Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of dialogic interaction as the basic method of pedagogical counseling. It is proved that the dialogue itself increases the effectiveness of the educational process. The humanistic essence of the dialogue is revealed. The Bibler’s concept of school education and pedagogical technology "School of the Dialogue of Cultures" is analyzed. The main task of this concept is not just the transfer of knowledge, involvement into the culture and the formation of a certain belief system, but also the development and preservation of personal logic, creative imagination of a student and a consultant. The article presents a theoretical analysis, definition of the essence and interconnection of the concepts of "interaction" and "communication". Some scientists identify these concepts; others consider communication as an element of interpersonal interaction. The methods of developing personal relationships that can be used in pedagogical counseling are listed. Equality, mutual influence of opinions, modality of statements and personification of messages are specified as the main features of dialogic pedagogical communication. It is proved that an important factor in organizing dialogic interaction is the ability of a consultant to establish contacts and "productive communication" based on mutual respect and trust. The principles of the dialogic interaction method are given. The methodical techniques of the development of personality relationships that can be used in pedagogical counseling are listed. The prospects for further scientific research are outlined.
