Organization of the management and financing system in the united territorial communities

Abstract
The article examines the current state of the management system in the united territorial communities. The organizational foundations of this management system are determined. The main sources of filling local budgets and their cost part in the context of rural development are considered. The expediency of creating appropriate administrative units in the united territorial communities is characterized. The possibility of interaction between the joint territorial communities for improving the management of the regions is analyzed.
