Organization of the system of mandatory conditions for settling the condition of debt security of the banking sector of the Ukraine’s economy

Abstract
In order to organize the system of mandatory conditions for settling the state of debt security of the banking sector of the Ukraine’s economy, as an incentive factor for the formation and development of a powerful mechanism for ensuring banking security of the national economy, and increasing the profitability of its business entities, the article identifies factors affecting the provision of the debt state of the banking sector of the Ukraine’s economy. According to the results of the analysis of the development of infrastructure and the quality of functioning of the banking structure, as part of the institutional framework of the monetary policy of Ukraine, a system of measures was proposed to reduce the negative impact on ensuring the debt security of the banking sector of the Ukraine’s economy, which will resolve the current state of the national economy hand, will reduce the risks of foreign debt financing, and on the other – will make the Ukraine’s economy and entities resistant to the negative effects of the studied factors.
