Abstract
The article revealed the nature and value of legal forms of social security persons employed on terms borrowed work, attention is focused on such forms as life and health insurance and workers borrowed allocations from the budget and provided the author’s definition of «organization and legal forms of social security persons employed under labor borrowed».
