ORGANIZATIONAL AND LEGAL GUARANTEES OF GUARANTEE PERSONAL SAFETY OF JUDGES OF APPEALS COURTS OF UKRAINE AS AN ASPECTS OF IMPLEMENTING THEIR PRINCIPLE OF INDEPENDENCE

Abstract
Legislation nature and state of personal security of judges of appellate judges Ukraine was made. Emphasized that ensuring the personal safety of appellate judges in the performance of their professional functions and responsibilities is an important guarantee their independence. Proved that today in Ukraine is not the safety of judges at the appropriate level, above all due to the fact that has not yet formed the organizational and institutional framework of the provision of security.
