ORGANIZATIONAL-PSYCHOLOGICAL CONDITIONS OF THE FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE PSYCHOLOGISTS DURING THE EDUCATION IN HEI

Abstract
The article attempts to define organizational-psychological conditions of the formation of professional competence of future psychologists during the education in HEI. A review of scientific publications on the chosen topic is done; organizational-psychological conditions of the formation of professional competence of specialists are determined. Features of organizational-psychological conditions of the formation of professional competence of specialists in HEI are considered. Organizational-psychological conditions of the formation of professional competence of future professional psychologists are determined. Conclusions on the work conducted are done and prospects for the future research in this direction are outlined.
