Abstract
I.M. Safronska, Yu.S. Penyak. The Main Approaches to Evaluating the Effectiveness of Innovation and Investment Activity of the Enterprises. The current state of Ukraine's economy can be considered as a crisis in many ways. Therefore, the activity of the enterprises based on the innovative principles and implementation of knowledge-intensive processes in production of competitive products is urgently needed. Solving the problems to improve the competitiveness level in domestic and foreign agricultural markets requires modernization of agricultural economy and its dominant factor is to promote innovation and investment activity of the enterprises in the branch. Implementation of this modernization is aimed at intensifying production through the use of new techniques and technologies, new plant varieties and animal breeds, qualitative change in the organization of production and financial operations and management technologies. The subject of the investigation is a set of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of innovative development at the macro and micro levels, namely the question of the nature, organization and evaluation of economic efficiency of innovation and investment activity of the enterprise. The aim of the article is to investigate of the methodological aspects of evaluating the effectiveness of innovation and investment activity of the enterprises. The methods of the investigation. The investigations were conducted using the general regulations of systematic investigations, based on the dialectical method of knowledge and objective laws of economic development. The monographic and abstract and logical methods were used to solve the given problems during the investigations. The results of the work. In practice many enterprises do not fully use the modern scientific and methodological basis to manage innovation and investment activity and assess its effectiveness, because the rate of return depends on how objectively and comprehensively this assessment is implemented, and therefore the further actions are correctly identified. The methodical approaches based on simple calculations allow evaluating the efficiency of innovation and investment activity fully and fast enough, they can be used in resolving such issues as calculation of profitability of the project, advantages of different variants of the examined project, as well as to what extent one project is more effective than another, etc. The sphere to apply the results. The results can be the basis to improve the process of managerial decisions as to innovation and investment development of the enterprises.
