PECULIARITIES OF FINANCING LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT IN UKRAINE IN THE CONDITIONS OF DECENTRALIZATION

Abstract
The article explores some aspects of the decentralization of the public power system in Ukraine and the peculiarities of financing of administrative-territorial units in the conditions of reforming. The essence of fiscal and budgetary decentralization is highlighted as one of the main components of the modern management process aimed at reducing the dependence of local government bodies on central government issues on financing issues.
