PECULIARITIES OF LEGAL REGULATION OF CIVIL LEGAL RELATIONSHIP WITH CIRCULAR USE

Abstract
In this article the author investigates the peculiarities of legal regulation of civil-law relations with the use of crypto-currency in the world and in Ukraine in the context of the existing regulatory base. At the same time, attention is focused on the shortcomings of domestic legislation in the sphere of regulation of civil and business relations, in which crypto-currency is the equivalent of exchange, and on practical ways of settling this kind of legal relationship. The author formulated the directions of improving the legislation of Ukraine in the context of the selected problems by him.
