Peculiarities of melodic component of the Irish Speech

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of melodic characteristics of the English speech in Ireland. Bilingual situation in the Irish Republic and Northern Ireland influenced English Language functioning. In the speech of the analyzed informants features of the both general melodic rishis and specific ones, which serve as markers of territorial belonging were defined.
