Peculiarities of transport exploitation of general purpose in technology of intelligent transport systems

Abstract
The key features of the technological processes function regarding the control of the public transport using the intelligent transport systems were analyzed. The attributes of the groups uniting within a domain on the ground of the organization of the passenger transport service on public transport, the ways of the formation and creating the effect conditions in these processes were established. Effective usage of urban public transport using ITS is impossible without the implementation of a synergy. The main social factors of the synergy being present in the organization of urban passenger transport is the spirit of enterprise development inside transportation companies, socio-psychological climate among the staff of these organizations, the nature of conflicts that arise and communication processes, the degree of solidarity of the working groups inside and in the hierarchy, the reputation of the company, before all else, among its staff.
