Pedagogical Conditions for the Development of the Creative Potential of the Teacher of Musical art in Postgraduate Pedagogical Education

Abstract
The article considers pedagogical conditions of the development of the creative potential of teachers of musical art in postgraduate pedagogical education. The structure and description of every pedagogical conditions are presented and looked into the details. The scientific and methodological support of the educational process are very important in reforming period. To create pedagogical conditions and help to realize the creative potential of the modern teacher are main aims for postgraduate pedagogical education The modern postgraduate education gives a possibility to use innovative pedagogical technologies actively in different periods: during courses, between courses, and in the process of creative professional self-development. There are many pedagogical conditions for the development of creative potential of teachers of musical art in postgraduate pedagogical education. For example, to have scientific, structural and functional model for the development of the creative potential of a teacher of musical art in postgraduate pedagogical education; to have a targeted complex program for teacher’s training for the development of creative potential of teachers of musical art in postgraduate pedagogical education; to include purposeful innovative content as a main part of training of teachers of musical art during courses, period between them and during self- education. All of mentioned conditions are directed to developing the creative potential of teachers of musical art in postgraduate pedagogical education.
