PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOLOGY IN TRAINING SYSTEM OF TEACHERS OF TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract
The article analyzes the concept of pedagogical technology and teaching technology. It is established that pedagogical technology is based on the implementation of personal, system and activity approaches. Pedagogical technology is an environmentally relevant, holistic system of forms, methods and means of learning, as well as the theory of design and the mechanism of practical use of this system to achieve a guaranteed result in the implementation of a scientifically based didactic process, regardless of the peculiarities (specifics) of the subject being studied. It is substantiated that technology of teaching is a concept close but not identical to pedagogical technology, since it reflects the way of mastering a particular educational material (concept) within the framework of a certain subject, topic, the question within the framework of the chosen technology. Learning technologies are varied and similar to individual techniques. The personal character of learning technology, in our opinion, is its orientation towards the formation and development of professionally meaningful personality traits. The educational process in the application of pedagogical technology has the following characteristics: planning, analysis of goals, scientific organization of the educational process, the choice of methods, tools, materials that most meet the goals and contents in order to increase the effectiveness of learning; standardization, unification of the process, the possibility of its reproduction in relation to the given conditions, control (diagnostic purposes) as a component; ensuring the guaranteed effectiveness, the effectiveness of the educational process, reproducibility of the results.
