Pedagogy of reflection in the professional activity of the teacher of the university

Abstract
The article substantiates using in the high school of new pedagogical technologies, which are based on the pedagogy of reflection. Reflection pedagogy is considered as a systematic method of creating, applying and determining the whole process of teaching and learning, taking into account technological and human resources and their interaction. It allows the teacher of higher education to realize his pedagogical and personal potential by improving professional reflection. Interactive pedagogical technologies for student learning are considered as an independent branch of the education sciences and as an integral part of the andragogy. The technology of self-diagnosis of the success and effectiveness of pedagogical actions of the teacher and students is presented as a means of flexible response to one or another pedagogical phenomenon, a life situation. Conditions and stages of realization of professional pedagogical reflection as technologies of activity of the teacher of higher educational institution are revealed, pedagogical bases of application by the teacher of technology of vitaigen training are given.
