PEMBERDAYAAN MADRASAH DAN PENDIDIKAN BERBASIS MASYARAKAT

Abstract
Madrasas as educational institutions distinctively Islamic religion has its own unique characteristics. The majority of madrassas born of community initiatives in which the school was born. Since the birth of the community, the quality of madrasah to be diverse. Madrasah is supported by the people who are socio-economic and cultural sufficient, it can develop properly. Instead madrasas that are not supported by the people who have strong social capital will have problems. Therefore, it becomes important to look for an alternative, how to keep the majority of madrassas that were born from the people who are socio-economic inadequate able to grow well, so that the quality of education to meet the desires of the user community education services. Therefore, empowering the madrasa is necessary, especially in managing the human resources available and the resources around them
