Pengembangan Modul IPA Terpadu Terintegrasi Ayat-Ayat Al-Qur’an pada Materi Tata Surya

Abstract
This research is a development that aims to produce products such as Integrated Science module integrated aya-Qur'an on the material of the solar system as a teaching material students SMP / MTs class IX. Problems in this study, among other things, how to develop the Integrated Science module integrates the verses of the Qur'an on the material of the solar system, and whether the development of Integrated Science module integrates the verses of the Qur'an in the solar system material of interest to be used as material ajar.Penelitian this is a research development of research methods research and development (R & D). Products produced categorized very good based on the validation of subject matter experts with a percentage score of 85% and design experts with a score of 85%, as well as the module is very interesting to be used as teaching materials based on the assessment of teachers obtain a percentage score of 86%, and respond students in the experiment's small group earn a percentage 76 % as well as field trials obtain a percentage score of 81%
