Abstract
The article investigates the doctrine of «piercing the corporate veil» and analyzes the perspectives of implementation of its provisions to the laws of Ukraine. The applicable laws of Ukraine, which envisage subsidiary and solidary liability of the participant to the legal entity for its obligations, were been analyzed. Based on the research conclusions and proposals for the introduction of amendments to the current laws of Ukraine concerning the subsidiary and solidary liability of controlling persons (founders and members (shareholders) of legal entities, its officers, etc.) for the obligations of the controlled legal person were been worded.
