PLACE OF CONSTITUTIONAL PERSONAL RIGHT FOR PROTECTION HEALTH IN THE SYSTEM OF OTHER CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of international standards of the right of a person to health care and to determine the possibility of their consolidation in the Constitution of Ukraine. The analysis of the standards of the right of the person to health protection, which are contained in the main international acts; Their significance and role in ensuring the realization of the right of a person to health care is determined; The ones that are embodied in the provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine and those that need to be consolidated are identified. On the basis of the analysis, proposals were made for the additions to the Constitution of Ukraine.
