TASKS AND FUNCTIONS OF THE SUBJECTS OF ENSURING THE RIGHTS OF CITIZENS CONVICTED OF IMPRISONMENT IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The main types of subjects of ensuring the rights of persons condemned to imprisonment in Ukraine are determined, the basic criteria for their classification are considered. Analyzes of the objectives of subjects of ensuring the rights of persons condemned to imprisonment were conducted. The main functions of the subjects ensuring the rights of persons condemned to imprisonment are defined and systematized, and their content is described.
