PLACE RADIOTHERAPY IN TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH UTERINE BODY CANCER

Abstract
In the publication conducted analysis of morbidity endometrial cancer domestic and foreign autors. In the structure of morbidity women in malignant neoplasms endometrial cancer it ranked fourth in Ukraine. In Russia the desease in the uterine body cancer over the past decade has increased by 28,5 %. In the treatmentof patients with uterine body cancer using surgical,combined,combining beam tretments.Combened beam treatment consist of the inner cavity introducing radioactive drugs with an additional remote pelvic irradiation. Teletherapy an essential step,of the combined and treatments. Currently used in radiotherapy technology summing up the two doses: a three dimensional conformal moduleded by intensity. Postoperative radiotherapy in the combined treatment with poor prognosis factors: are used in the 1–2 stages of the desease. Holisty methods of treatment is used in common forms of endometrial cancer and its relapse,when surgical and/or radiation therapy combined with chemotherapy and hormone therapy. Intraoperative radiation therapy is carried out fast electrons using betatron. Amongradioreactions structureobsrved local radiation reactions: radiation enterocolitis, radiation cystitis.
