Abstract
All documents made by Poland Foreign Affairs can be divided into official and diplomatic documentation. The criteria for the classification of documentation result from the Ministry's tasks consisting in the implementation of the foreign policy of the state. Each of the mentioned types of documentation is divided into a number of other divisions. This article shows the main form and types documentation of Poland Ministry Foreign Affairs in the 1918-1939 years. In the later studies this analysis of official and diplomatic documents allows to research on Poland Foreign Affairs office and its chancellery system.
