Pozytywny potencjał organizacji jako instrument zmniejszający ryzyko odejść kluczowych pracowników

Abstract

Positive Organizational Potential leads to the development of the organization through the liberation of the workers pro-developmental behavior. Highly qualified employee who achieves the best results in the company is called a key employee. The loss of such an employee is a huge loss for the organization, which reduces its effectiveness. The risk of losing key employees can be reduced through the use of Positive Organizational Potential. The management of personnel risk, however, allows for proper adjustment of the employee to the position and ensuring high level of employee satisfaction. The satisfaction is the building block of employees’ loyalty to the company. This article presents the results of research showing the role of Positive Organizational Potential in reducing the risk which leaving key employees pose.
