Practical aspects of quantitative and qualitative approaches to assessing factors staff motivation

Abstract
One of the main resources of the modern enterprise is its staff. Thanks to the staff of the enterprise inputs resources are transformed into finished product or the provided service. So study the effectiveness of incentive measures, the cost of simulation training company and the return on them is an actual scientific problem and requires further study and development. The article aims – providing practical recommendations on assessment of the costs and impact of enterprise worker in relative terms through the use of quantitative and qualitative approach to assessing the factors of motivation. The main objective of the paper is practical testing and identifying characteristics of calculations using quantitative and qualitative approach to factors. The main methods used in the work: scientific knowledge, expertise, statistical and others. Quantitative and qualitative approach to assessing the factors motivating the staff can give the most complete picture of satisfaction motivating factors on the basis of quantitative and qualitative evaluation mechanisms motivating factors. Presented practical clarification on the application of this approach to: 1) use ratios as a basis for calculation, 2) relatively simply and clearly understand to the management, 3) the possibility of formalizing computer calculations and minimize expenditure component in case system application. Thus, the practical application of quantitative and qualitative approach to the assessment of motivation factors will increase the economic efficiency of enterprises based learning and further improvement of the motivational aspect in the context of "cost of the company – the return of the employee".
