PRAYER HAVING ILLUMINATE AND PROGRESS IN RUMI’S THOUGHT

Abstract
Worship has a greatdeal of importance for experiencing the material and spiritual values of religions. Sometimes worship may an identity can be identified with religion in which it belongs to. Prayer which is the main worship in the Islamic faith can be demonstrate as a sample of this characterization by the naming of the pillars ofreligion. Religion has guidance on almost every aspect of life. Worship as religious rituals that allows for the spiritual experience in the world. Prayer in five times a day at certain times with some preparations is essential worship for finding life in Islam. Because beyond shaping everyday life in the framework of faith, prayer is significantly active in shaping of consciousness, spiritual and emotional world. God necessitate every Muslim to pray at the beginning of adolescence in which a lot of cognitive, spiritual and emotional changes happen. Rumi who handles this reality in different aspect revealed ideas on imaginary and mysitcal benefits of pray. Muslims can have more information about God by the help of pray which is nur. In order to be illustrative, as a communication with God pray should be performed in awe and devotion. Prayer which was performed in occupation of communication with God merely in mind and heart will create a sample exercises for a Muslim. Prayer which is performed within the discipline helps Muslims perfection in their mental, spiritual and emotional world. In this study, importance of prayer for human-being’s enlighment and evolutionspiritually will be focused in the context of Rumi’s thought.
