Prerequisites and trends define the mechanisms strategy of innovative development of Ukraine

Abstract
The article presents the main problems in formation and development of Ukrainian innovative economy. Importance and necessity of use of modern methodology of strategic management at the state level is proved. The main mechanisms which should be a basis for development and realization of strategy of Ukrainian innovative development are defined.
