Abstract

[b]Abstract[/b]. Potentials effects of pressure drop-flow characteristics of ATF filter on the hydraulic pumps are discussed. Draft device to investigations pressure drop-flow characteristics of ATF filter used in automatic transmissions constructed based on SAE J2312 standard is presented. Method of investigation pressure drop-flow characteristics of ATF filter used in automatic transmission is presented. The results of investigation pressure drop-flow characteristics Δp = f(QV) of two types ATF filter (metal mesh and filter cloth) in two technical conditions (at the beginning of the operation and after) are presented and analyzed.[b]Keywords[/b]: AT — automatic transmissions, ATF — automatic transmission fluid, ATF filter, pressure drop-flow characteristic
