PREVENTION OF TRAFFICKING IN HUMAN BEINGS IN THE ACTIVITIES OF STATE INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
The article analyzes the prevention of trafficking in human beings. On the one hand, it touches upon human rights, touches on the issues of population migration, connected with organized crime and corruption, and, on the other hand, requires both coordinated actions of law-enforcement bodies of Ukraine among themselves, as well as carrying out joint operative-search operations with law enforcement agencies of foreign countries, agreeing with them procedural procedures. It should be noted that due to its novelty, lack of relevant knowledge and experience gained, the problem of trafficking in human beings is not sufficiently investigated in Ukraine and has certain gaps both in the legal regulation and in the organizational and managerial provision of its counteraction.
