ПРИМЕНЕНИЕ ЭКСПЕРИМЕНТАЛЬНОЙ УСТАНОВКИ ДЛЯ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ ЗЦМ В ХОЗЯЙСТВЕННЫХ УСЛОВИЯХ И РАСЧЁТ ЕЁ ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОЙ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ

Abstract
The urgency of application of the substitute of whole milk in feeding of young cattle is specified. The features of the newly developed installation for the preparation of whole milk using skimmed milk powder and vegetable fats are noted. It is indicated on the previously developed experimental dispersants providing the introduction of vegetable fats in the reduced skim milk. The task of comparative evaluation of the economic efficiency of the experimental setup with the basic installation AZM-0,8. A working prototype of the installation for mixing vegetable fat with skim milk was made and used in the shop of processing of milk of the company "Samadoglu-Ataturk" Goy - Gol district. At both facilities performed, the recovery liquid feed of dry milk replacer. On AZM-0,8 this operation is performed with a stirrer, and on the proposed installation this is done with the help of an experimental disperser. The technique of calculation of economic efficiency of the developed installation is stated and numerical calculation is made. As a result of the calculation it is established that the economic efficiency of the developed experimental setup for the preparation of a whole milk substitute compared to the base is 1207.24 manats, and the period of its self-sufficiency is 9 months and 12 days.
