PRINCIPLES OF INTERNATIONAL LEGAL REGULATION AND CONTROL OVER TRANSNATIONAL CORPORATIONS ACTIVITY

Abstract
Transnational corporation activity mainly regulates by national legal norms of state where such companies are registered. As for regulation on international arena, there is problem, as modern international law does not have universal unified international standards on this issue. The article takes into consideration that problem and propositions to solve it.
