PRINCIPLES OF STRATEGIC PLANNING OF INVESTMENT AS A KEY FACTOR FOR EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT OF INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY OF ENTERPRISES IN THE AIRCRAFT INDUSTRY

Abstract
From the position of strategic management, the part of which is planning of innovation activity, it is prudent to consider the significantly change types of the activity and types of management at the enterprises of the aircraft industry as possible and necessary condition. Also it is necessary to change their internal organizational structure to achieve economic results, and in our case is to set effective planning and realization of innovation-investment projects to achieve competitive advantage.
