PROBLEMATIC ISSUES OF INTERACTION BETWEEN THE EXPERT SERVICE OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF UKRAINE WITH DEPARTMENTS OF THE NATIONAL POLICE

Abstract
The involvement of forensic experts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine as experts in carrying out inspections of vehicles and registration documents allowed to sharply limit the channels for their legalization by falsifying the identification numbers of the components and documents. Absence of legislative norms and clear interpretation of existing instructions and orders regulating the powers of a forensic expert while examining a vehicle within the framework of its state registration, re-registration, de-registration, etc., significantly reduces the effectiveness of preventive activities of forensic experts while registering a vehicle. The issues of interaction of the subjects of judicial and expert activities with the units of the National Police in combating crime require a comprehensive analysis.
