PROBLEMATIC ISSUES OF USAGE OF SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE DURING THE INVESTIGATION OF ILLEGAL MINING OF MINERALS

Abstract
The article deals with certain aspects of the use of special knowledge in the investigation of illegal mining of minerals. Investigating such a complex and multifaceted crime is specific and requires a successful and professional interaction of the investigator with other stakeholders with special knowledge. The article highlights the issues that, in our opinion, it is advisable to take into account when investigating specified crimes.
