PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF THE YOUTH VOLUNTEER MOVEMENT IN UKRAINE AT THE PRESENT STAGE

Abstract
Youth volunteer activity is highlighted. The foreign and domestic scholars, who studied this issue are presented. The meaning of the term "volunteer" is considered. The potential of volunteering as an effective mechanism for solving painful patriotic and educational problems is revealed. The conclusions about the prospect of volunteer practice in Ukraine are drawn.
