PROBLEMS IMPROVE THE LEGAL REGULATION EXTRADITION OF PERSONS WHO HAVE COMMITTED CRIMINAL OFFENSES (EXTRADITION)

Abstract
The article examines some issues procedure extradition of persons (extradition), as well as the grounds for refusal to extradite a person to a foreign state. Formulated reasonable conclusions and proposals to improve the regulatory provisions outlined this legal institution.
