PROBLEMS OF CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF KEY COMPETENCIES OF INNOVATION ACTIVE COMPANIES OF UKRAINE IN THE DIGITAL EPOCH

Abstract
The article is devoted to the issues of research and technical staffing of domestic companies on the path to preserving and developing key competencies in terms of global digital transformations. The emphasis is made on companies in the field of information and communication technologies, which require highly skilled professionals, in particular, engineers and researchers in R&D. Changes in the sphere of education, science, and innovation of Ukraine are analyzed and the influence of social activities on their main key indicators are substantiated. It is proved that due to the cyclical nature of the attention of representatives of professional communities to social technologies, there are short-term positive shifts, in particular, increasing readiness for innovation. The need to create urban innovative ecosystems around higher education institutions, which trains specialists for domestic companies in the field of information and communication technologies, is substantiated.
