PROBLEMS OF RESEARCH AND INFORMATION PROVIDING OF DEVELOPMENT OF RURAL GREEN TOURISM

Abstract
Purpose. The aim of the article is to generalization of ways to disseminate information about rural green tourism and the development of information technology in this area. Methodology of research. In the study of this issue, the following methods were used: the monographic - in the analysis of the works of other scientists, analysis and synthesis - in the study of the process of information and analytical support of the rural tourism sector both at the level of territory and at the level of an individual subject; induction and deduction - in assessing the impact of information systems and technologies on consumers and on the development of the industry. Findings. It was established that the main channel for receiving operative information about tourist offers is information tourism sites. None of the tourist sites to date is not perfect. This is manifested in the duplication of information, in the outdated data and proposals of the owners of rural homesteads, in the limited choice of tourist product; excessive advertising and spam, lack of information on individual sections of the site, etc. The problem is the lack of a single information resource, which would accumulate all information about rural tourist farms, services and conditions that they offer to consumers. It is revealed that a kind of trend is an increase in the number of travel product travel orders from a mobile phone, which should also be taken into account in the formation of informational and analytical support for rural green tourism. In order to popularize Ukraine in the world, the creation and management of the foreign languages of the tourist Internet portal “Visit Ukraine” is foreseen, which will contain up-to-date and reliable information about the tourist possibilities of the regions. To improve the information and analytical provision of rural tourism, Ukrainian scientists are proposing the introduction of an information and analytical system that would accumulate information about the regions and farmsteads of rural tourism and integrate the function of determining the ecological status of rural tourism territories with the help of a mathematical apparatus that will enable tourists, who are interested in the ecological component of a tourist product according to the criteria, to find the appropriate object or territory, and for owners of rural homesteads it is will be an incentive for environmental tourism activities. Originality. The idea of expediency of the introduction of an informational and analytical system, which would combine information about the rural green tourism estate, directions of their cooperation with consumers, information about the region, its prominent places, prices, routes, ecological component of the tourism product, etc., has developed further. Practical value. The results and conclusions of the research can be used by separate economic units or state authorities to improve the presentation of rural green tourism at the level of the territory, state or international arena.
