Problems of the ministerial administration in the context of the harmonization of the national legislation with the european standards

Abstract
The analysis of practical and scientific materials on the issues encountered at the level of the ministerial administration in the process of harmonization of the national legislation with the European standards from the perspectives of the connection of the national legislation to the acquis communautaire, is related to the elaboration of recommendations, including the finding of deficiencies and perspectives regarding the implementation of the development strategy and the modernization of the ministerial administration at European level.Since the declaration of its sovereignty and independence and until the present, the Republic of Moldova has gone through a rather complicated political process, accompanied by some administrative prevarications, but it has also encountered even more difficulties in implementing the institutional reforms that have begun in this period of development.
