PROCESS OF FORMATION OF AN ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT POTENTIAL

Abstract
Theoretical regulations on the formation of an enterprise development potential have been considered. The basic purpose of the article is improvement of the process of an enterprise development potential, the substantiation of the content of its stages, as well as the development of the block diagram of implementation of this process. The proposed process of an enterprise development potential formation provides for the determining the order of transit from current state of potential to the desired (design) state, and, unlike the existing ones, takes into account the ability of an enterprise to redistribute the existing resources and efforts or search for the concealed resources and efforts by means of their conversion and (or) as a result of self-development. The developed process makes possible to accomplish a prognostication of a change in the level of use of an enterprise development potential for a definite period of time. Implementation of this process will allow increasing the existing potential, estimating the level of synergic interaction between the elements of the design potential of development and creating a new type of an enterprise potential.
