Processual features of issuing a court order and committing notary’s executive inscription

Abstract
The article deals with the specifics of the issuing a court order and the procedure for the committing notary’s executive inscription in the process of protecting civil rights of individuals and legal entities. A comparative analysis of a court order and notary’s executive inscription was conducted. Proposals on the improvement of the norms of legislation regulating the institute of writ proceedings and the procedure for the committing notary’s executive inscription have been made.
