PROFESSIOGRAM OF TEACHERS OF MODERN PHYSICS AS AN OBJECT OF PEDAGOGICAL DESIGN

Abstract

The article considers the problem of developing a job description of a teacher of physics as the main component of the higher education standard in the field of specialists of 6.040203 Physics* training in the context of modernization of the national system of physical education in accordance with European requirements. The author analyzed scientific approaches and experience in designing of a job description of a teacher. He shows it as a perfect qualifying model, containing a set of research-based public recognized requirements for professional and personal development to fulfil professional activities effectively. In accordance with the personal oriented and competence approaches the author designed and carried out element-by-element analysis of the main components of the subject competence of the teacher of physics. The proposed material can be used as a base for the designing of optimal conditions of formation of profes- sionally important personal qualities of a teacher of physics, as well as monitoring the level and quality of students training for future professional activity.
