PROFESSIONAL AND ETHICAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE BACHELORS IN LAW IN THE PROCESS OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

Abstract
The article defines and substantiates the authorʼs concept of the formation of professional and ethical competence of future bachelors in law in the process of professional training. The competence is aimed at cultivating deep awareness of future bachelors in law of social and moral responsibility for the consequences of the decisions taken, development of internality as a factor in the formation of their professional identification and individual style of legal activity, spiritual and moral development in the context of ethical framework. It is determined that responsibility is the basic personal quality, the growth of self-actualizing oriented individuality of the future lawyer, responsible not only for a particular case, but also for thoughts, their content and consequences. A responsible person in the field of law, according to our philosophy, is able not only to evaluate events and phenomena with maximum subjectivity, but can also initiate subjective values. At such a level of personality development this responsibility transforms into a certain moral gain of a lawyer, characterized by humanistic content and spiritual potential. That is, it deals with social and moral responsibility as a unique phenomenon, which is the basis of legal ethics. It is proved that the profession of a lawyer necessarily requires such personally important qualities as justice, empathy, decency, a developed sense of duty and social and moral responsibility for the execution of their actions, zero tolerance for offenses, a deep awareness of the essence of their own influence on the identity of the client, developed verbal intellect, endurance, integrity and independence in the decisions taken, high level of self-control, ability to continuous professional reflection, morality, tact, etc. These features form the core of the professional and ethical competence of future lawyers, their moral and spiritual culture and professional skills. Consequently, understanding, acceptance and mastering of professional and ethical values and norms by lawyers is an important component of their spiritual and moral development and self-development, reflecting moral attitude to the main objects of their professional activity and behavior in accordance with the ethical code of the legal profession with the application of moral standards.
