PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE WITH IMPLEMENTATION OF INFORMATIONAL AND COMMUNICATIVE TECHNOLOGIES AT FACULTY OF CONSTRUCTION AND DESIGN

Abstract
The questions of using information and communication technologies in the process of studying a foreign language at the Construction and Design Faculty at all stages of human development, formation of vocational guidance of the future specialists based on studying a foreign language are considered. The system of training qualified specialists with knowledge of foreign language is the main task of vocational and practical education. The main purpose of studying a foreign language at the Construction and Design Faculty is the practical use of language as a tool for communication, as well as the development of students in communicative competence. Therefore, the integration of information technologies into the educational process, which will allow students to interact with intercultural communication, as there are many audio and video materials of vocational guidance in a foreign language, is available globally on the Internet, which has many possibilities for foreign language communication. Using multimedia technologies in the teaching process will allow more efficiently to solve a number of didactic aims at the lesson: to formulate and improve the skills of reading, writing, speaking and listening; to develop and to improve the ability of the dialogical and monologue speech; replenish the vocabulary with vocational vocabulary, both active and passive; to familiarize students with different spheres of a foreign language, peculiarities of culture, country traditions; forming a stable motivation in foreign communication is a priority in modern education. There are many informational and communicative technologies that can be actively used in the process of studying a foreign language in the world, which relate to the ways of education, among which can distinguish: means of synchronous communication: Internet resources that allow communication in the mode of the real chassis, the so-called chats that allow you to install an instant voice communication with a subscriber, appearing in any part of the globe, due to the fact that he or she has a program, or to communicate with a written statement. There is also the ability to connect and use a webcam; means of asynchronous communication are all known forums, e-mail and audio mail, outgoing, blogs, etc. The integration of the latest information technologies into the educational process has many opportunities for: the entry of students into living communication with the native speaker in the real chassis; active linking them to the linguistic environment; for creative activity of students; improvement of communicative and intercultural competences; motivation to study a foreign language of professional direction. Using of informational and communicative technologies in the teaching process changes the place and role of teacher in it, the main development of which is not the foregoing language knowledge and the formation of skills and abilities, a stimulation of interest, motivation to absorb the professional foreign language. Relations with students should be based on the principles of cooperation and joint search and decision of tasks. The development of information technologies in foreign language classes at NULES of Ukraine ensures the emergence of the educational system of our educational establishment to a new level, in which the basis is a person-oriented education, which provides the opportunity for every student to use all the informational and educational opportunities and resources available in the educational community; provides open access to the use of various communication and communication technologies for e-learning, e-textbooks, manuals, journals, electronic libraries, educational websites, interactive video, multimedia native systems, conferences, etc.
