PROFESSIONAL SELF-DETERMINATION AS PRE-CONDITION OF PROFESSIONAL MATURITY OF PERSONALITY

Abstract
Psychological pre-conditions of becoming of professional maturity of personality are on the stage of studies at higher school. In the article on the basis of theoretical analysis, results of experimental research drawn conclusion about a structure and maintenance of self-determination of future specialist as the most essential pre-condition of his professional maturity. On results research of future psychologists’ conformities to law of becoming of their professional self-determination are certain. Professional self-determination of future psy- chologists can be empiric probed not only on the basis of structurally high-quality changes in the components of this process but also by the generalized description of four levels of his development. It enables more ef- fectively to optimize appropriate development of this process for future psychologists in the organized terms of professional preparation. The process of professional self-determination of future psychologists takes place appropriately, that foresees high-quality changes in semantic, to valued-having a special purpose and to regu- lative -behavior components which are directed on the concordance of presentations in relation to education- al-professional and future professional activity.
