Abstract
Project planning, combined with regulatory and control processes, forms the process of project management, or project management. World experience shows that project management has become a common standard of behavior in practice. The article analyzes the market conditions of the functioning of agrarian and industrial firms, identifies the main advantages of portfolio management of projects. The proposals of directions of further agrarian reform are formulated by constructing an effective economic mechanism of market economy. These results may be the basis for the further development of agrarian and industrial firms.
