PROMOTION OF THE FUTURE PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS’ TOLERANCE IN THE PROCESS OF WORK EXPERIENCE INTERNSHIP

Abstract
In modern society tolerance is considered as a condition of harmonious relations between people. As today often appear conversations about tolerant world in which the main asset is unique personality. Tolerance is formed through education, information and personal life experience. Education of tolerance of primary school teachers is a complex and dynamic process. It even starts in family, but in terms of higher education it continues and is filled with new professional content during the practical training. Formation of tolerant relationships of future teachers in the process of production practice is caused by the ability to engage in dialogue, to be in someone’s place, to evaluate the students properly, adequately and actually imagine circumstances. Graduates should create the necessary conditions for harmonious physical and intellectual development of students, to generate in them positive attitude to learning, to create an atmosphere of respect, warmth, humanity and understanding. Tolerant teacher is seen as a model for inheritance. He or she uses the skills for developing dialogue and peaceful resolution of conflicts, teaches critical thinking, is able to appreciate other positions, while clearly formulate his or her own point of view, condemns the aggressive behavior of pupils. Tolerance of each future specialist starts with professionalism, pedagogical skills. Tolerance as an individual quality must be cultivated in future elementary school teachers in order they were able to interact successfully in society, to resolve conflicts without violence and to promote peace. Tolerance must occupy center stage in the process of preparing young people for a successful future of a multicultural society.
