PROTECTION OF OWNERSHIP

Abstract
The article highlights legal means of protecting property rights, which is one of the basic socio-economic human rights. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that the right to respect for private property is guaranteed by art. 46 of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova and Art. 1 of Protocol No. 1 to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, and that this right is often violated.
