PROTECTION OF PROPERTY RIGHTS TO OBJECTS OF CONSTRUCTION UNDER THE CONTRACT OF SALE

Abstract
In the article the author researches the problems of protection of property rights on construction objects. The author explains the most typical methods of protection provided in the national legislation of Ukraine.Attention is focused on the specific provisions of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, which may be applied in the disputes on the protection of property rights. Some court judgments of the European Court of Human Rights are analyzed, the conclusions of which defend the interests of the buyer under the relevant contract.
