PROTECTION OF RIGHTS AND INTERESTS OF SHAREHOLDERS IN UKRAINE AND EUROPE THROUGH THE COMPANY BOARDS OF DIRECTORS

Abstract
This article dedicated disclosure of the problem related to the mechanism of protecting rights and interests of shareholders in Ukraine and Europe through the company boards of directors. A comparative and legal research of the Ukrainian legislation with the European Union countries is conducted. The author focuses on the legal protection of the shareholder as well as on the mechanism of compliance with them in Ukraine and most EU countries.
