PSYCHOLOGICAL FEATURES OF THE FACTOR OF CULTURAL AND PERSONAL READAPTATION IN MANAGEMENT OF MODERN ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract

The article describes the factor of cultural and personal readaptation in the management of modern Ukrainian organizations. Indicated on importance of personal factors, such as cultural identity, personal or group motivation, expectations and their confirmation or non-confirmation, psycho-emotional ties between employees and so on.
