Psychology of personology as a source and tool for study of pedagogical personnels

Abstract
The article analyzes the role, significance, potential opportunities use of the psychological component of personology as a factor and a scientific and methodological tool for the study of pedagogical personalities. The essence of personology as an interdisciplinary scientific direction, which intertwined the problems of philosophy, psychology, sociology, biology, ethics, natural sciences, medical sciences, was revealed. It is shown that every biographer must be a personologist in order to be able to deeply identify, analyze, understand the complex inner world of the person under study. As an effective scientific and methodological tool for the realization of this problem, the ideas of famous personologists, representing various branches of humanitarian sciences, were actualized (Z. Froid, K. G. Yunh, E. Fromm, E. Erikson, K. Rodzhers, H. Ollport, O. Lazurskyi and etc.). It is found out that the methodology of structural and personal analysis developed in personology is oriented on the complex integrative approach to the study of pedagogical personality, which involves taking into account as a general, characteristic to all people, and its own unique «design». The synthesis of this scientific experience has allowed to design an approach that involves the sequential study of: a) socially predetermined properties and qualities of a person (worldview, orientation of interests, moral characteristics); b) biologically predetermined human parameters (temperament, destinies, instincts, etc.); c) the specifics of individual mental states of a person (for example, the ability to remember, etc.); d) intellectual, educational, professional experience of the person (knowledge, abilities, skills, habits).
